How to cook Karahi lamb with Saag (Spinach), Bindi (Okra) or Gobi (Cauliflower)
Karahi lamb is a family favourite made with cubes of lamb (on the bone) and a hint of yoghurt which give this rich curry it deep, intense flavour. You will also make chapattis, rice, a cooling yoghurt chutney and crunchy kachumber salad to cut through the richness to balance this meal perfectly.
£55pp *Includes all ingredients, a meal, and food to take home.
I have special visitors coming from Leeds for this one! My brother Asim's favourite is anything with lamb and my sister-in-law Catherine's favourite is Bindi Gosht.
