Classic Creations
Enjoy a 2.5 hour culinary experience learning to cook family favourites from around the world. Classes include recipes for sweet treats, snacks, breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner. Create a fabulous afternoon tea, enjoy an indulgent breakfast, try an alternative spicy brunch, make a traditional British dinner or bake an indulgent sticky toffee pudding. The choice is yours..
Masterclasses
The masterclass is an immersive 3.5 hour experience designed to give you the skills and knowledge to create a range of impressive two-course meals with accompaniments. These vary from meals eaten daily in a typical Asian household to dinner menus for entertaining and special occasions, including classes for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans. You don’t need to know the difference between a Balti and Bhuna or Korma and Karahi - I am going to keep it simple. These classes will show you lighter, drier curries, curries with rich, intense masalas and saucier curries. The good news is that you can adapt these and control the amount of spice in them which opens up a whole new world of choice, experimenting and flavour.
