A beautifully created menu incorporating popular Chinese dishes. You will start by making crispy vegetable spring rolls, served with dipping sauces. The main courses are Chicken Noodle Stir fry, and aromatic Prawn Fried Rice. How will you fare in the chopstick challenge?

Join us at The Foodie Kitchen for hands-on cooking class where you will learn to make Chicken Tikka, a flavourful dish of marinated chicken roasted with onions, tomatoes, and peppers, served with freshly made naan. For the main course, master the art of cooking an authentic lamb and potato curry in a rich masala, paired with fluffy white rice, a fresh kachumber salad, and spicy chilli yoghurt chutney. Our classes are designed to be fun, interactive, and delicious, offering a unique culinary experience for all food enthusiasts.

The 'how to cook' classes on offer have been designed to be fun, interactive and delicious so you can learn new skills, how to cook many different dishes, build confidence in your cooking abilities and learn about different types of cuisine. From basic baking to fine dining - there's a class for everyone. Meet new people or come along with friends to share ideas, discuss alternative ways of cooking and get creative. With a maximum of 10 participants, all classes are structured to provide individual support with demonstrations throughout so you are guaranteed to leave each class feeling confident and competent in your cooking abilities with a variety of delicious dishes to take home and enjoy. Cuisine is limitless and the opportunities it creates are endless – bring out the foodie in you!
