A special collection of dishes typically eaten at weddings and on Eid, this menu is a real treat and includes a meal and food to take home for a family of four.
Pilau is fragrant rice with lamb chops made in a meaty stock flavoured with cloves and cinnamon, eaten with minced lamb koftas cooked in a traditional curry sauce with the addition of boiled eggs which add more protein and another dimension. A special yoghurt and crunchy kachumber salad cut through the richness to balance this meal perfectly.
