My beautiful friend, Naveed, was the first person to book my very first class: Authentic Asian Cuisine in November (with the lovely Ayesha). Naveed is a very talented and creative professional who has mastered most crafts but never had much confidence in her cooking ability. Since the class, she has been sending me messages about how she is cooking more for her family and experimenting with different recipes. She has also taught her brother how to make a basic curry masala. She hasn’t stopped there…
Such has her confidence grown that she sent me this video of her current holiday in Tunisia with the following caption: ‘Seema’s teaching has given me the confidence to show the hotel chefs how to make a chutney lol’.
What a woman! I look forward to her coming to teach a class at the Foodie Kitchen!
