Fake it 'till you bake it!
Learn how to cook one large decadent cake and a batch of flavoured cupcakes.
Class description
There is nothing more heartwarming than a piece of warm, freshly made cake from the oven. In this class, you will have the opportunity to make one large cake and a batch of cupcakes. We are starting with a firm favourite for all ages: Sticky Toffee Pudding which consists of a moist sponge flavoured with fudgy dates and molasses served with a decadent butterscotch sauce and fresh cream. You will also make a batch of coffee and walnut cupcakes with mascarpone frosting to enjoy with a cuppa! The cost of each class includes all ingredients, use of a professional kitchen, and cooking demonstrations, one-to-one support throughout and recipe cards. You will also be able to sample the meals you create and take your creations home to share. All recipes will be shared after each class for future reference. In the interest of sustainability we request that you bring your own containers and bags to pack and take home your meals. Packaging will only be provided for cakes/cupcakes.

For all changes and cancellations you will need to email admin@thefoodie-kitchen.co.uk One week before the class for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge. No refund will be given for any cancellations within 48 hours.
