Karahi lamb with a choice of vegetables

A real crowd-pleaser!


Class description

Learn how to cook karahi lamb curry with either okra, spinach or cauliflower. On-the-bone lamb curry in a rich, intense masala with your choice of fresh okra, cauliflower, or spinach. Served with fluffy white rice, traditional chapattis, a fresh crunchy kachumber salad, and a cooling yoghurt chutney.  The cost of each class includes all ingredients, use of a professional kitchen, and cooking demonstrations, one-to-one support throughout, and recipe cards. You will also be able to sample the meals you create and take your creations home to share. All recipes will be shared after each class for future reference. In the interest of sustainability, we request that you bring containers and bags to pack and take home your meals. Packaging will only be provided for cakes/cupcakes.

Cancellation Policy

For all changes and cancellations you will need to email admin@thefoodie-kitchen.co.uk One week before the class for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge. No refund will be given for any cancellations within 48 hours.
