Meat Feast - Part I

Prepare juicy chicken kebabs as a starter followed by a fabulous lamb chop curry with fluffy naan.


Class description

Learn how to cook chicken kebabs and lamb curry. This menu is definitely comfort food for my family.  This past year I would often make chicken kebabs (tikkis) on my day off at the request of my children which became known as Tikki Wednesdays.  Of course, they wanted homemade chips, salad, chutney and buns to make them into burgers – who wouldn’t? In this class, they are a starter made with minced chicken, onion and spices combined and fried (air-fried).  To follow, a fabulous curry made with lamb chops and new potatoes cooked in a traditional masala served with freshly made naan, rice, kachumber salad and chutney. The cost of each class includes all ingredients, use of a professional kitchen, and cooking demonstrations, one-to-one support throughout and recipe cards. You will also be able to sample the meals you create and take your creations home to share. All recipes will be shared after each class for future reference. In the interest of sustainability we request that you bring your own containers and bags to pack and take home your meals. Packaging will only be provided for cakes/cupcakes.
