Class description
Learn how to cook chicken wings, Karahi Lamb and Keema Mattar. After a starter of chicken wings marinated in a spicy yoghurt blend and oven baked, you will create 2 crowd-pleasing curries served with freshly made chapattis. Karahi lamb is a family favourite made with cubes of lamb (on the bone) and a hint of yoghurt which give this rich curry it deep, intense flavour. Then master Keema Mattar - minced lamb cooked in a traditional masala, with the addition of fresh peas. A cooling yoghurt chutney and crunchy kachumber salad cut through the richness to balance this meal perfectly. The cost of each class includes all ingredients, use of a professional kitchen, and cooking demonstrations, one-to-one support throughout and recipe cards. You will also be able to sample the meals you create and take your creations home to share. All recipes will be shared after each class for future reference. In the interest of sustainability we request that you bring your own containers and bags to pack and take home your meals. Packaging will only be provided for cakes/cupcakes.

For all changes and cancellations you will need to email admin@thefoodie-kitchen.co.uk One week before the class for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge. No refund will be given for any cancellations within 48 hours.
