Vegetarian Night - Part I

Vibrant and Versatile Vegetables

Class description

How to cook pakoras and vegetarian curries. Starting with a blend of the versatile Indian cheese paneer, onion, gram flour and spices lightly fried as a delicious pakora.  Kim’s Curree - a spicy yoghurt curry with pakoras. This was my late mother-in-law’s recipe who was also an amazing cook and the best version of this I’ve ever had.  I hope I do her justice.  The second curry includes cubes of fresh aubergine and potato cooked in a rich masala.  All served with perfectly boiled white rice, traditional roti fresh from the tava, kachumber salad and chutney. The cost of each class includes all ingredients, use of a professional kitchen, and cooking demonstrations, one-to-one support throughout and recipe cards. You will also be able to sample the meals you create and take your creations home to share. All recipes will be shared after each class for future reference. In the interest of sustainability we request that you bring your own containers and bags to pack and take home your meals. Packaging will only be provided for cakes/cupcakes.
